This is a legal agreement between WTF Media (through the website AdultImageBrokers.com) (hereafter referred to the "Licensor"),
and You, the End User, (hereafter referred to as the "Licensee").
- Interpretation:
- "Product" refers to the photographic image set or video distributed by the licensor.
- "Sites" refers to Internet based websites owned by the licensee.
- Grant of Non-Exclusive License: The Licensor owns and/or distributes the product in accordance with this agreement and grants the Licensee a non-exclusive license to use and display the product on up to three sites as indicated by the licensee at the time of purchase.
- Modifications: The Licensee may resize, rename or change the format of the product and manipulate and/or crop up to five (5) images from each product for constructing advertising banners for the site.
- Restrictions:
- Any unlawful use of the product is prohibited.
- The Licensee will not allow any minor, as that term is defined in the Licensee's local jurisdiction with respect to viewing sexually oriented materials, to access the product in any fashion.
- Under no circumstances may the Product be resold, leased, rented, transferred or otherwise made available to other web sites, companies, organizations, or any other third party apart from as specifically defined herein.
- The Licensee shall not incorporate or use any of the Product in any spam email, or any other unsolicited advertising materials.
- The Licensee is not allowed to post any portion of the Product on newsgroups.
- Proper Law and Jurisdiction:
- This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Canada in the Province of Ontario.
- All models are over the age of 18 at the time of photography. The Licensor retains the model releases and proper legal documents, acting as Custodian of Records, and will produce a model release for the Product in the event that this is challenged.
- Licensee holds the Licensor harmless for any legal issues relating to the distribution of the material as it relates to all laws and regulations, the community standards and adult entertainment laws as set forth in the city, county, state or country of the Site. The Licensor warrants the Product is fully copyrighted, and this Agreement warrants these images free of intellectual property violations only.
- This agreement may be modified or amended by the Licensor, and the amendment will be made available to the licensee in writing.
